Easy-make Crockpot Recipe: Quinoa Shells with Marinara Pasta

Brown ground chicken/turkey/beef (I used chicken this time, for a change up) in a medium sauce pan until fully cooked.

Sauce:
In a Crockpot, set on low, add 2 cans tomatoes (or fresh tomatoes if you have them), can tomato sauce, 1-1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms, half chopped onion, 3 cloves garlic (or 4), roasted chili flakes, basil, oregano, sea salt, ground pepper, and few drops of liquid Stevia.  Let sauce simmer for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally, if possible.

Pasta:
Boil water, cook Quinoa shells for 8 minutes, drain, set aside.

Serve hot in a bowl, and mix sauce with pasta.  After the Seared Ahi fiasco last week, I must say, B was more than happy with this meal - he even went back for seconds!
