Miracle Leftovers: Quick Vegetarian Gluten Free Pasta

Sauteed Asparagas, Squash, Zucchini, chopped onion and unsalted Organic butter and a little olive oil, pepper and garlic salt poured over leftover rice noodle pasta.

Yum Yum.  Thank you B.  He seriously should have his own column - he cooked and cleaned - I was too exhausted to do anything.  My pain level is better, and I feel overall better since switching to GFree, but, I just don't have the energy or motivation sometimes to dream up meals every night of the week! And eating healthy is not akin to the "convenience" type meal which got us all in various states of unhealthy to begin with.  And it's only Tuesday. Sigh.
